Estate Planning and Probate Matters:

The Law Offices of Mike Parker, P.C. assists clients in the planning, drafting and execution of Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other Estate Planning documents and provides legal services in various types of Estate Matters including Probate of Wills, Administration of Estates where there is no will, Affidavits of Heirship, Suits to Determine Heirship and Guardianships.

Service as Local Counsel:

Mike Parker is a descendant of several pioneer families who settled Panola County in the 1830's and has practiced law in Panola County for over 30 years. His former service as Felony Prosecutor in Panola County, his service as County Judge of Panola County, his extensive community involvement and the relationships he has with the judiciary, and with other elected officials and local law enforcement in Panola County can help even the playing field for litigants represented by attorneys from outside Panola County. His certification as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization allows him to assist in a meaningful and cost effective manner at any stage of litigation including Court Appearances, presentation of Motions, Jury Selection, and assistance during trial.
